This page prices the incubation portal - the branded workspace an incubator or accelerator runs its programs in - and the investor workspace alongside it. Every figure below is read from the live plan catalogue when the page loads, so it cannot drift from what you are actually charged. Underneath the prices is how a plan is put together, so you know which one you need before you talk to anyone.
This is the pricing for an incubator or accelerator that wants its own branded workspace - your logo, your programs, your data kept separate from everyone else's.
If you are a founder, a mentor, an investor or a student, this is not the plan you need. The next section is.
Creating an account is free, and so is the part of EcoSync most people use. You can build a profile, post, join communities, message anyone, attend events, apply to incubation programs, book a mentor and apply for jobs without paying anything.
What a paid plan adds depends on which role you hold - a mentor running a practice needs different things from a student. Those figures are on your plans screen once you sign in, because they differ by role and we would rather show you the one that applies to you than a table where four of the five rows are irrelevant.
Nothing in the list above is gated behind a trial or a card. If a paid plan is ever relevant to you, it is because you have started doing something that needs it.
Sign in, then open Settings and Plans. What you see there is the structure for your role, current as of today rather than as of whenever a marketing page was last edited.
A founder who also mentors holds both roles on one account. Adding one changes what you can see, not what you owe.
The prices above are the current catalogue, read live rather than typed into this page. The entry plan is a real working tier and not a teaser - a small incubator running one or two programs can operate on it.
Four things move the price: how many of your team hold accounts, how many startups your portal can hold, how much document storage you get, and how many modules are switched on. Each tier's figure for all four is in the table above.
If your programs need something the tiers above do not cover - an unusual module, a pilot across two campuses, a cohort larger than the top tier holds - ask. Those are priced case by case.
Every plan is defined by four things. Together they determine what your portal can hold and what it can do.
How many people from your team can hold a portal account. Panel members added for a single program do not consume a full role, so bringing in external evaluators does not eat into this.
How many startups your portal can hold across all programs and batches.
Total space for application documents, pitch decks, attachments and evidence files. Uploads go directly to encrypted storage.
The catalogue covers running programs, scoring applications, office space, facilities, funding, mentors, and a data feed other systems can read. How many your plan switches on is in the table above.
Plans are available monthly, yearly or weekly. If you want to run a real cohort through the system before committing, a pilot run can be set up with a defined start and end date, converting to a paid subscription afterwards.
Because this is the main lever, most incubators start narrower than they expect to end up. That is deliberate - it is easier to switch a part on when a program genuinely needs it than to pay for one nobody opens.

The portal is built in modules - applications, evaluation, office space, funding, mentors and so on. Your plan decides which you start with, and you are not paying for the ones you leave switched off.
When a program eventually needs one you do not have, you ask for it from inside the portal and it can be switched on for you on its own. One unusual requirement does not push you up a whole tier.
Some things are not a tier. They are properties of the platform, and they apply regardless of which plan you are on.
Every tier and its current price is listed on the pricing page, read live from the plan catalogue rather than typed into the page, so it cannot disagree with what you are charged. Higher plans raise your team size, how many startups you can hold and your storage, and switch on more modules. The combination that suits you differs a lot between a university TBI and a corporate accelerator, so if you would rather talk it through than read a table, ask.
Creating an account and using the network costs nothing - profile, posts, communities, messaging, events, programme applications, booking a mentor and applying for jobs are all included. Where a paid plan applies it depends on your role, and the current figure is on your plans screen after you sign in rather than published here.
No. There is no card required to create an account and nothing is gated behind a trial that expires.
Limits, the parts you switch on and how often you pay all differ between incubators, so a full price table published here would be wrong for most of the people reading it. The entry price is real and published. The tier that fits you is a short conversation. What your own portal costs always appears on your plans and billing screens after sign-in.
Four things: how many of your team need accounts, how many startups you will hold, how much document storage you need, and how many modules your programs actually use. For most incubators it is that last one that decides it, not the limits.
Yes. Pilot runs are supported with a defined start and end date, and convert to a paid subscription afterwards. Running one real cohort through the system tells you more than any demo.
Ask for it from inside the portal. Any one part can be switched on for you on its own, so one unusual requirement does not force a full upgrade.
Monthly, yearly and weekly plans are all available. Invoices and billing history are visible inside the portal.
How to work out whether a single customer makes you money. Calculating CAC and LTV honestly, why the LTV:CAC ratio is abused, and why payback period matters more.
Subscription, usage-based, transaction fee, marketplace take rate, licensing and freemium - what each does to your cash flow, your metrics and your fundraising story.
The current price of every tier is in the table above. Tell us roughly how many programs you run, how many startups you hold and which parts of the portal you need, and we will tell you which one fits rather than leaving you to work it out.
