One account, several workspaces#
EcoSync is a network for the startup ecosystem - founders, mentors, investors, students, professionals and the incubators that support them, in one place. You sign up once. What you can do is decided by the roles on your account, and you can hold as many as apply to you. A founder who also mentors does not need a second login.
If a page sends you somewhere unexpected
Opening a workspace you do not have the role for takes you to Role Management rather than an error page. That redirect is the system telling you which role to add.

The roles you can hold#
Roles are added from Settings, then Roles. Adding one never removes another, and your primary role is how you appear by default in search.
- Student - looking for internships and a way into the ecosystem
- Professional - networking, jobs and events
- Freelancer - a discoverable profile for contract and project work
- Founder - building a company, applying to programs, raising
- Mentor - offering structured, bookable mentorship
- Investor - angel investing, managing deal flow and a portfolio
- VC Partner - working inside a fund, with team permissions and committee voting
- Incubation staff - working at an incubator, which opens the Incubation Portal
Where things are#
The network and the incubator workspace are reached from different addresses. Your account is the same in both.
- The network, and the startup, mentor and investor workspaces, are at ecosync.network
- Incubator staff sign in at ecosync.co, which opens their own incubator's workspace
- An incubator only ever sees its own data - programs, applications and startups are separated between them
- If you belong to more than one incubator, you switch between them from the top bar without signing out
